Kenny Dickerson is the Class A General Engineering Contractor License Responsible Managing Officer (RMO). He is a graduate of Colorado School of Mines with a BS in Engineering and Minor Emphasis in Economics. Kenny has been building and providing Construction Management Consulting and Engineering related services since 1992. Services he provides in California and Colorado include: corporate finance analysis, acquisitions, engineering analysis, corporate liquidations, real estate disposition management, court-appointed receiver, real estate lending, project management, general contractor, infrastructure design, land development, and self-sustaining green technology implementation. He holds several licenses: Class A & B General Engineering Contractor (California), Class A General Contractor (Colorado) and General Contractor (International Conference of Building Officials).
